Arromaj 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to feel confident choosing Arromaj for your self-care rituals. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’ll happily offer a refund within 30 days of your order.

How it works:

  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once the product has been returned and inspected.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Our 30-day guarantee applies to single canister purchases only. To qualify, at least 7 steamers must remain unused in the returned canister.
  • If you’re new to Arromaj, we recommend starting with a single canister before purchasing larger bundles.

Exclusions:

  • Subscriptions, promotional bundles, free gifts, and international orders are not eligible for refunds.

Warranty

Our standard for quality control is meticulous but for peace of mind, all of our electronic diffuser products come with a one-year warranty on electrical parts only. So, in the unlikely event that you consider your item to be faulty, we recommend emailing hello@arromaj.com 

Faulty items returned within Australia will be sent an Australian Post pre-paid return shipping label. If located outside of Australia we recommend using a reputable postage service with tracking as Arromaj is not liable for any lost returned items.

Once the item is received, we will contact you to advise the status of your warranty claim.
